As part of its continuum of care, West Park provides a comprehensive range of specialized outpatient services designed to help patients maintain independence in the community.

Inpatients can continue their rehabilitation through our outpatient services, while community members can access these services for recovery and condition management, enabling them to live life to the fullest.
