​​We accept referrals for patients from Ontario, across Canada and other countries.

Canadian citizens living abroad, patients who are not Canadian residents and patients without Canadian health insurance are considered international patients. Learn more about how to refer international patients.

Telehealth Referrals

If you have a patient who would like to arrange a virtual appointment with a health care provider at UHN, please refer your patient directly to the appropriate clinician or clinic. Inform your patients to ask if they can arrange a virtual appointment, instead of visiting in-person, when they receive a call from the clinic or clinician.
