Parking

Accessible Parking stalls are available just outside the Main Entrance and Ruddy Entrances.

Visitors Policy

Visiting

Visiting hours are 11:00 am – 9:00 pm
There is a limit of 2 visitors at the bedside. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult
Under some circumstances, visitor restrictions may be required (ie. outbreaks).

Physical Distancing & Consumption of Food

When eating or drinking, physically distance yourself to the extent possible and reapply masks immediately after. Visitors are reminded to eat in the cafeteria only and not in patient rooms.

Patient Leaves of Absence

All Leave of Absences (LOAs) must be approved by the medical team.

How you can help us prevent infection

The most important ways you can help us prevent infections and illnesses from spreading in our hospitals are:

Self-screening for signs of illness before coming to our hospitals
Washing your hands before, during and after your visits

Smoke-free & scent-free/ scent-sensative areas

West Park is a smoke-free campus. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in all buildings, including the Long-Term Care Centre and UHN Reactivation Care Centre, the underground parking garage, and outdoor spaces. If you wish to smoke, please do so beyond the roadway, past Recovery Road.

All respiratory units and respiratory departments are scent-free. Other areas of the hospital are scent-sensitive.
