Public Transit

Subway/Bus

Bloor/Danforth subway to the Jane subway station. Transfer to bus #35A, #35B, #35F or #935. Get off at the Jane Street / West Road intersection. Buttonwood is the first street immediately west of Jane Street, running southwest off Weston Road. The UHN Reactivation Care Centre is located at the end of Buttonwood Avenue, approximately 15 minute walk.

Bus

In addition to the Jane Street route, you can also take the Eglinton West route #32 to Jane Street where you catch a #35 bus. #32D diverts to Emmett Avenue, where you can debus at Verona Avenue, walk up and turn left onto Buttonwood Avenue.

Please use the Front Entrance.

Parking

Parking is available to visitors above ground. Please purchase a parking ticket from the parking payment machines and display on your dashboard prior to entering the UHN Reactivation Care Centre.
