About Us

West Park Assessment Centre provides a variety of comprehensive, multidisciplinary, cost-effective, and objective third-party assessment services to insurers, the medical-legal and disability management community, and employers. One hundred percent of the Assessment Centre's revenues go directly back into UHN's West Park services, benefiting patients recovering from life-altering events such as stroke, amputation, motor-vehicle accidents, brain injury, and many other conditions.

Medical Legal Assessments

Our court-credentialed assessors can meet the Rules of Civil Procedure requirements—i.e., Form 53 – and are well familiar with Superior Court mandates, arbitrations, and court proceedings, including the provision of expert witness testimonies. We offer the following medical-legal services:
