The Endocrine Site Group at Princess Margaret is world renowned for its research, education and treatment of common, rare and complex forms of cancers that affect tumours of hormone-secreting cells and tissues. Our group is part of the University Health Network of hospitals and our team members have access to facilities within the Network, including those at Toronto General Hospital, and the Toronto Western Hospital.

Our inter-professional team of medical, radiation and surgical oncologists and other medical specialists work collaboratively to assess, plan, treat and manage cancers of the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary gland, pancreas, adrenal glands and gut in common and rare cancers, drawing on cutting-edge technology and treatment modalities.

Our Endocrine Diagnostic Testing Unit is a highly sophisticated centre with a dedicated endocrine nurse and access to all biochemical, static and dynamic tests. The biopsies we perform are read by specialized endocrine pathologists.
