Siobhán Post and her husband were thrilled to learn she was pregnant with twin boys. Five months later, the 35-year-old non–smoker was diagnosed with lung cancer.
Over the next few years, Siobhán's resilience and strength is tested again and again – from a lung cancer diagnosis, to finding a brain metastasis, and being deemed a palliative care patient with only months to live.
