Cancer survivor comforts patients
Many people who've spent time in a hospital don't like returning. Former patient Brian Kautz doesn't just return. He works there.
A medical and clinical photographer at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Brian was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2005. After months of treatment, he went into remission – and continued working in the cancer centre.
Today, he's using his own experience to help others. He understands the courage they have because he needed it himself.
