​​UHN Integrated Privacy and Cyber Security eLearning

Annual completion of online Integrated Privacy and Cyber Security eLearning is a UHN requirement for anyone working, studying, volunteering, observing or otherwise acting on behalf of UHN. 

ConnectingOntario users must complete their required privacy training prior to accessing the ConnectingOntario system using UHN-provided access.  


Non-UHN Employees

Non-UHN employees, accessing courses through the UHN.ca site, must enter requested identification information in the Attestation Form for your completion of the course to be tracked.  You are encouraged to take and store a screen-shot of your test results as a backup confirmation of module completion and share the screen-shot with the individual at UHN who is overseeing your work at UHN.

  • Access MyLearning and complete the Integrated Privacy and Cyber Security eLearning course UHUHPR016W

     
  • UHN-Credentialed Physicians
  • Nurse Practitioners
  • Etc.
  • Log into CMaRS for your initial appointment and for your annual reappointment. You will be directed to the appropriate learning module.

    Non-UHN Employees or Students (Individuals who do not have a UHN Employee ID and/or Email)

  • Vendors and Other Contractors
  • Observers
  • Volunteers
  • Etc.
  • Complete the Online Integrated Privacy and Cyber Security eLearning Integrated Privacy and Cyber Security eLearning Course, ensuring that the Attestation Form is filled in.

     
  • Medical Students
  • Residents
  • Fellows
  • Etc.
  • A requirement of both UHN and registration through UofT, complete the Integrated Privacy and Cyber Security eLearning - Learners course.
