Queen's Park has been designated as a lawful protest site for the G20 Summit. Toronto General Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital are located within walking distance of Queen's Park. For this reason, expect major travel delays and be cautious when traveling by foot in this area.
In the event of an incident occurring externally, there may be restricted access to the hospital. Please inform relatives and visitors to be mindful of this possibility.

As a precaution, UHN has cancelled many of our outpatient clinics on Friday, June 25, 2010, except for the following: dialysis at Toronto General Hospital; radiation therapy and chemotherapy at Princess Margaret Hospital; medical imaging at all UHN sites. These clinics will remain open for our patients on Friday, June 25, 2010. Should you be unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call your clinic to let them know in advance.

Whenever possible, staff, patients and visitors should avoid driving in from the south end of the city and find an alternate route from the north.

The TTC will be operating as usual, the King, Queen, Spadina and Harbourfront streetcars. Staff should anticipate delays in public transportation during the G20 Week (June 20 – June 27).
The UHN Shuttle Bus will be operating on Saturday June 26 and Sunday June 27 from 6:00AM until 5:00PM. Please note that the Shuttle service will make all efforts to keep to the usual schedule, but traffic congestion may cause delays.
