Transplant Outpatient Pharmacy
As the first and only
transplant speciality pharmacy in Canada, we work closely with transplants patients to assist them with their complex medication regimens.
Transplant Bioethics
Our Bioethics specialists assist transplant patients in exploring their questions about making the right decision for their health care and in considering their options.

Transplant Psychosocial Team
The Transplant Psychosocial Team supports living organ donors, patients who are being assessed or waiting for a transplant and patients who have received a transplant and are experiencing distress related to the donation or transplant.
Transplant Infectious Diseases Clinic
The Transplant Infectious Diseases Clinic provides services to the following groups of patients:
- Organ transplant candidates and recipients
- Organ transplant donors
- Patients with Ventricular Assist Devices (VADs)
- Stem-cell transplant candidates and recipients
- Persons with cancers of the blood or organs
Transitional Diabetes Clinic
After an organ transplant, you may be referred to the Transitional Diabetes Clinic at Toronto General Hospital to help manage your diabetes/high blood sugars.
