Recipient Coordinator (Evaluation) is a Registered Nurse who guides potential transplant candidates through the transplant assessment process providing education and support until they have been approved for transplant. They will work closely with your referring centre to obtain all the required information for your transplant health file. A
Recipient Coordinator (Listed) is a Registered Nurse who manages a transplant candidate’s file once your transplant assessment is completed and until you have your operation. They will work with your referring centre to get updates about any major changes in your health and to arrange updated testing, as needed, to make sure you are safe to proceed with your operation.

Donor Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who guides living kidney donor candidates through the donor assessment process, donation surgery, and post-donation follow-up with our team. The Donor Coordinator will provide education about living donation and support the donor’s journey towards kidney donation.
