The Sprott Department of Surgery is the largest surgical program in Canada. The department spans 13 surgical divisions, from cardiovascular to neurosurgery to thoracic, across three University Health Network hospitals: Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
