Are you or a loved one ready to quit smoking but need help and support on how to start?

Quitting smoking and commercial tobacco use can be difficult, especially during cancer treatment. But the benefits start right away and can last a long time.

(Note: Commercial tobacco is different than tobacco that is used for cultural reasons and in ceremonies. Commercial tobacco is made by companies for use in cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and other products. Commercial tobacco is mass-produced and sold for profit.)
