Do you want to learn how to make tasty, nutritious and exciting meals? The ELLICSR Kitchen supports cancer survivors with the culinary skills and nutrition resources necessary to support healthier eating practices and to help better manage some of the side effects of cancer or cancer treatment that make it hard to eat well.

The ELLICSR Kitchen website includes nutrition and culinary tips, a recipe archive and cooking videos. You can use these online resources to help plan and prepare your meals.

On the third Thursday of every month, Wellness Chef Geremy Capone and Registered Dietitian Daniela Fierini host a live cooking demonstration featuring delicious, seasonal and nutritious recipes, that are budget friendly and easy to prepare.

*The cooking demonstration is being held in-person, in our kitchen space — no registration required, and everyone is welcome to attend. You can also watch the class live virtually on the ELLICSR Kitchen YouTube channel.

ELLICSR Kitchen is part of the Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship Program at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
