Inpatient and Ambulatory Patients
As a standard of care, Princess Margaret pharmacists, together with an interprofessional team, review all medications upon admission to ensure appropriateness, provide patient medication education on therapy changes during their hospital stay or at discharge. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians work together in the safe and accurate preparation of all drug therapies.
We are committed to ensuring the patient is receiving the right drug, in the right dose, at the right frequency, for the right indication.
