Call, email or fax to make an appointment to speak to a medication reimbursement specialist or social worker about drug coverage.

You can ask a member of your health care team to arrange for you to see a social worker or you can call the Department of Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care at 416 946 4525 to arrange an appointment.
At other UHN hospitals, ask your physician to refer you to a social worker if required.
