If you are billed for health care services you received at UHN, you can make a payment in 5 different ways:
1. By phone
Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) can be made 24 hours/7 days a week, by calling
1 888 251 7465
2. Online
Patients can pay directly through
myUHN (patient portal). Please note that we are unable to process payments outside of North America and Europe due to technical and security limitations. To process a payment outside of North America and Europe, you can
pay online with a credit card.
If you do not have a portal account, payment can be made through the 'Pay as Guest' option included within your billing statement. Please note that you will require your Hospital Visit Number or Guarantor Number to pay as a guest.
Sundry clients (physicians, research organizations, benefit payments by UHN employees) can
pay online with a credit card.
3. Through Your Personal Online/Telephone Banking
Pay directly through your personal online or telephone banking services, much like you do with other bills. You will need to select
University Health Network and enter your
Medical Record Number (MRN), as noted within your statement.
4. By Mail
Send your payment to:

5. At Our Cash Offices
Pay in person at one of our
cash offices. All locations accept payment by cash, debit, American Express, Mastercard or Visa.
