Dr.
Kimberley Miller has a special interest in communication in cancer and has developed an annual communication skills workshop for oncology residents and fellows. She coordinates all learners' activities related to psychosocial psychiatry at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
Dr.
Adrienne Tan is the Director of the University of Toronto General Psychiatry Residency program. She is the lead for the Department of Psychiatry's Areas of Focused Competence (AFC) programs in the Consultation-Liaison Division. Dr. Tan also co-leads the pre-clerkship elective in therapeutic communication called MEET (Making Every Encounter Therapeutic), which was adapted in 2015 to be part of undergraduate medical education initiatives offered through the Medical Psychiatry Alliance.
Dr.
Rima Styra has a special interest in the impact of SARS and COVID-19 on healthcare workers. She is also our lead for running grand rounds and faculty development sessions.
Dr. Carla Garcia co-chairs the "P. Chandarana Review Course," an international course for senior residents in psychiatry and eligible candidates as a preparatory review for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada examination. She is also the University of Toronto Department of Psychiatry undergraduate director.

Kathleen Sheehan has a specific interest in delirium, as well as issues at the intersection of ethics, law and mental health care.
Dr. Darcy O'Brien is the Centre for Mental Health lead for fellowships. Dr. O'Brien is a much sought-after teacher for learners who want to further their training in neuropsychiatry and traumatic brain injury.
Dr.
Raed Hawa runs many faculty development sessions to improve staff skills as teachers. He is involved in the Education Scholarship Program through the Centre for Faculty Development and leads public education on issues pertaining to sleep disorders and obesity. He has many national and international awards for his teaching and curricula innovation in undergraduate medical education and faculty development.
Dr.
Diana Kljenak organizes the successful UHN Centre for Mental Health bi-annual Community Education Day. She is also the co-lead of the Continuing Professional and Practice Development (CPPD) annual conference for the University of Toronto's Department of Psychiatry.
Dr.
Sanjeev Sockalingam's education research is focused on training learners to manage complexity, alignment of quality improvement and continuing professional development, and understanding factors influencing lifelong learning in practice. He co-runs the ECHO program, a virtual training initiative that supports healthcare providers in delivering care.
Dr.
Kenneth Fung teaches and conducts research in cultural psychiatry and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He has been involved in community-based research projects related to HIV, mental health stigma and immigrant and refugee mental health.
