  • Clinical notes
  • Tests, x-rays and other relevant results

Your office is responsible for providing the patient with the appointment information, including time and location, and important documents, test results and imaging that they must bring.

What We Do

    This is the only adult clinic in Canada that offers comprehensive care to patients with hereditary kidney disease, including genetic testing, volumetric measurement of disease burden, therapeutic interventional radiologic procedures, and experimental drug therapies.
