The Driscoll Family Digestive Health Centre is the leading centre for digestive health disorders in Canada. We have clinics located at Toronto General Hospital and Toronto Western Hospital. We care for a diverse population with varying complex digestive conditions. We are a multi-disciplinary team comprised of experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and registered dieticians. We collaborate to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex digestive health disorders including: gastrointestinal (GI) cancers, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, gastroesophageal reflux, GI motility & functional disorders, parenteral nutritional support, inflammatory bowel diseases, and advanced endoscopy.
Our goal is to educate patients about their condition, empower them to become active participants in their care, and to learn how to manage their condition along with our expert multidisciplinary team

How to Prepare
If you are unwell, please do not come to the hospital and contact the doctor's office to rebook your appointment.
Always bring a valid Ontario health card for ALL your appointments. Please bring a list of all current medications (prescribed, over-the-counter, and natural/herbal products) or the medications in their original bottles. Speak with your pharmacist to help you make a list, if needed.
For first appointments, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete a patient intake questionnaire.
