What We Do

Looking for resources about Cancer and Covid-19?

Find out about changes to cancer care, tips to protect yourself and others, vaccine information and more.

The Urgent Care Clinic is an emergent clinic for ambulatory oncology patients at the Princess Margaret in need of medical stabilization, investigation and/or possible admission. The main goal of the clinic is to reduce visits to the emergency department and to reduce admissions to hospital.

The Urgent Care Clinic does NOT currently accept drop-ins or referrals from home. Princess Margaret physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses may refer patients to the Urgent Care Clinic.

How to Get Referred

You need a referral from a staff member at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre to become a patient at the Urgent Care Clinic.

How Long Does a Referral Take?

After we receive a referral, your clinic team will be contacted to confirm your appointment.
