Location: 1st floor lobby (at the University Ave. entrance)
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday – 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Newspapers and Mailboxes
A mailbox and newspaper boxes are located outside the University Ave. entrance.
Internet, Phone and Television
Wi-Fi access is available throughout our site, on the Guest Wireless Network. A password is not needed to access the Guest Wireless Network.
Taxi Phones
Located near the Elm St. entrance.
Information Phones
You can use information phones to dial different locations within the hospital. You can also dial external numbers.
Location: 1st floor information desk, both entrances
Bedside Phones
Bedside phones are not available at Toronto Rehab. You are welcome to bring your cell phone for use while in the hospital.
Teletypewriter (TTY) and Phone Interpreters
We have TTY phones available for the deaf and hard of hearing. Learn more about our

Television
In-room television services are not available. You are welcome to bring a personal cell phone, tablet or laptop to connect to the UHN guest Wi-Fi.
Information, Security and Lost & Found
Information Desks
Information desks are located close to the entrances of all UHN facilities. Volunteers at the information desks can answer questions, give directions and escort you where you need to go.

Security
All hospital staff wear an identification badge showing their name, job title and department.
Hospital security officers are always on duty. If you notice any suspicious individuals, call hospital security and tell your nurse or any other staff member.

Lost & Found
If you have lost something, contact the security office. If you have found an item, you can contact one of our security offices or give it to any staff member.

Activities and Relaxation
Gardens
A public garden where you can eat food and drink is open from April to November.
Location: 5th floor, by the East elevators.
Hours: The garden is open from April to November, weather permitting. Hours during the spring and fall months are 9:00 am – dusk; Hours from the May long weekend through labour day are 9:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Innovations Gallery
Our Innovations Gallery, which highlights some of Toronto Rehab's research projects, is open daily.
Location: 1st Floor, by the University Avenue entrance.
Religious Services
A hymn service and a Roman Catholic mass. Learn more about
spiritual care services at UHN.
Location: 6th floor, use the East elevators. Room 204 and 205.
Bingo
Volunteers visit each floor and bring any interested patients to the 6th floor.
Hours: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm
George Linton Scholarship Music Concerts
Patients from all units are invited to come and enjoy these one-hour concerts.
Location: 1st Floor, in the University Avenue lobby.
Hours: One Sunday afternoon, each month.
Patient & Family Library
Patient Health information resources are available at the KITE Innovations Gallery.
Toronto Rehab patients, families and caregivers can also contact the Patient & Family Learning Centre at Toronto General Hospital with information requests.
