Your health care team may be able to act on your concerns and answer any health care-related questions right away. If more support is needed, you are welcome to contact us.

We check emails and voicemails regularly, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Our department is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. We try our best to respond to everyone as soon as possible, usually within two working days. During very busy times, it may take a little longer. Thank you in advance for your patience.
